Public Comment Instructions
Public comments are accepted multiple ways for your convenience. During a Council meeting, there are two opportunities for people to participate in the beginning and end of the agenda during the 'Public Comment and Privilege of the Floor' sections.
People who are present for the live meeting must introduce themselves and share their address prior to commenting. For people participating virtually, please email us with your comment before or during the public comment sections.
Please note that email comments must provide their full name and residential address for their submission to be accepted and read during a Council meeting.

Agendas & Minutes
Agendas are available prior to the meetings. Minutes are available following approval.
