METER FEES AND TIME LIMITS

Parking Meter Zones 1 and 3

•$0.50 (fifty cents) for each one hour of parking. All meter fees shall be payable and enforceable between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday.

Parking Meter Zone 2 - Municipal Parking Lots
•$0.50 (fifty cents) for each one hour of parking. All meter fees shall be payable and enforceable between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday.

Parking Meter Zone 4 - Short-term Parking (Quick Stop)
•$0.25 (twenty-five cents) for 15 minutes only. All meter fees shall be payable and enforceable between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday.

Parking is permitted for a maximum of three hours in Zone 1, except at Quick Stop meters (Zone 4) where the time limitation is 15 minutes. In Zone 2 and Zone 3, there is no time limitation.

Instructions on Use

The Borough has parking meters that control two [2] parking spaces.

To use:

1.  Press the button located above either the LEFT or RIGHT arrow - depending on which side of the meter your car is parked.

2.  Insert payment until the desired time is displayed on the meter, OR follow debit card instructions until the desired time is displayed.

3. To view remaining time available for your vehicle, press the button that corresponds to your parking space.

If a meter did not work properly and you are ticketed, file a Broken Meter Report with the Police Clerk at the Borough Municipal Center. The Clerk is available Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 8:30 pm, excluding Borough Holidays. Once the meter is examined, you will be contacted if a refund is in order.
