Part Time Commercial Building Inspector

The Borough of Media is seeking candidates to fill a part-time Commercial Building Inspector position.

Candidate shall possess a current PA Dept. of Labor & Industry UCC certification in category 1B-Fire Inspector. Candidate shall have at least one year of experience inspecting commercial properties and have experience in processing inspections through the enforcement process. UCC certification in category 24 Building Plans Examiner is desirable: as well as ICC certification in Property Building Plans Examiner is desirable; as well as, ICC certification in Property Maintenance and Housing Inspection, Fire Inspector II and Fire Plans Examiner.
