The Borough of Media has designated zoning districts throughout the borough. The purpose of these districts is to control development and usage of land. The zoning of an area or property can be changed or altered by submission of application to the code enforcement department and a hearing with the Zoning Hearing Board would determine the impact on that district and whether such change is appropriate.
