Media History

The following history of Media was compiled and written by the Media Historic Archives Commission. In order to better detail the unique history of the Borough, this chronicle is divided into four distinct periods:

1. Prior to 1850
2. 1850 to 1900
3. 1900 to 1950
4. 1950 to the present
