Subdivision and Land Development

The Borough of Media has established guidelines for land development and subdivision. These guidelines are determined by what developers are proposing to construct within the designated zoning district. For approval of such construction the developer is to submit application to the Code Enforcement Department and appear before the Planning Commission and Borough Council.
